Father's Day 2011: Daddy Carson

It is fun to be home for the summer. I have time to take Carson to the park more often. He had so much fun he was ready for nap before we even left the playground.

Carson helped put up the pool this year. He loved running around the pool with no water.

I got reconnected with a friend from elementary school. It is fun to watch our children now play together.

Ortega Falls

We went with a neighbor on a hike to Ortega Falls. It was so beautiful and so much fun. We walked all around the water at the bottom of the waterfall. We then rock climb for the first time. Well, at least on a real mountain. It was awesome!!!

We went swimming on Memorial day with some friends. It was Carson first time swimming since last summer. He was a little scared at first, but once he realize how much fun it was he laid back and relaxed.

First lollipop

Memorial Day Weekend was really busy. Carson went to his first two birthday parties in one weekend. Cousin Conner joined in the fun.

Also in May we went and visit my sister in Modesto. While there we went to the Chocolate Festival and Carson rode his first pony and went in his first petting zoo. He wasn't sure what to think of the pony, but loved the chickens.
